Fall Prep

If the 2 items I was more or less forced to pick from the Fall Prep email I received from you never made me understand if the items I selected were a part of the subscription or if they were an additional charge. I have sent 3 chats, 2 emails and a phone message trying to get this answered. If these are an additional charge, please cancel my selections. I do not want to pay for extra items.

Dont buy from this company they will steal from you and take your money out of your bank account without permission even when you return the junk they send you and are supposed to get a refund their customer service is horrible all they care about is making money off of you and they keep all your information bank details card number and charge you whenever they want and steal your money they are a bunch of thriving *** that cant even respond and face you when confronted nothing but a bunch of *** go to bass pro instead they go above and beyond to make things right

Ordered ammo, never received. They canceled everything but the cheap wolf I paid membership, never received anything for it but big disappointment. I'll never do business with them ever again.

Trial membership is fraud

Done the trial membership and didn't find it to be of any use to me so I canceled it within their policy. A year later they automatically renewed my membership and charged my card. Now they will not cancel membership or refund money.

Obviously they don't care about customers or losing longtime customers have recieved no response at all to the complaint

I have ordered quite a few items over the last 2 months from them and they use FedEx for shipping which is consistently late when I emailed sportsmans guide customer service about the issues and to see if I had other options for shipping my orders I received no apology or any other explanation other than a 6 word response of. We have a contract with FedEx. That was it so I I'm immediately canceled my membership and will not order from them again.

Dishonest order fulfilment

Place and order for 9 mm Ammo in June 2020. SG continuously pushed fulfillment date back month by month. Now they have pushed it to May 2021. SG is selling my ammo order at a higher price to other customers and not fulfilling my June 2020 order. This is a dishonest company and their customer service representative was very confrontational. I do not recommend using Sportsman Guide for any purchases based on this experience.

Backorder of chair and still have not received delivery of item. Company will not refund my money but they have cashed my check $125.06 I donot want the item just my refund Oder # 5037**** !!

My complaint has been constantly ignored since DEC. 2020, have not received merchandise.

Every person I have spoken to on the phone at customer service SPORTSMEN GUIDE has given me a different answer for the same questions. Have even been told that there is no such order or record of any check cashed, when I have my statement and the cashed check in front of me, given numerous delivery dates by each person, and told I was speaking to head of customer service on one of the calls. I am annoyed at the so-called service and support that I have received. I just want my refund which as of this numerous complaint I have not received!!!

Furthermore, I would hope that this matter Will be taken care of now !! I have been ordering from this company for many years, but am really thinking about never ordering again after all this trouble I am having .order # is 5037****

Cancellation of membership

S.G. deducted 49.99 form our ck. acct to renew membership with no permission or authorization Messed up our acct. & we got hit with charges as a result. We did contact you on 12/0/20 & a gentleman named Robin was very understanding & helpful . He stated the Amt. $49.99 will be returned to our account on Fri.12/11/20 . We thank S.G. for getting this situated properly & wish you all a Merry Christ-Mas to all & stay safe Like ManyThnx from Mass.
